Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") establish the conditions for using the emotion recording and analysis application "Felixa" (hereinafter referred to as "Service" or "App").
By using the Service, users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and any individual terms separately established, the individual terms shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Service is a mobile application designed for recording users' emotional states, emotion analysis using AI technology, and self-care support.

Basic Features
- Emotion journaling (text/image posts, 96 detailed emotion tags)
- AI emotion analysis (utilizing OpenAI GPT-4o technology)
- 5-dimensional emotion analysis (sentiment, joy, sadness, anger, anxiety)
- Data visualization and statistics
Advanced Analysis Features
- Personalized advice and report features
- Monthly insights (18 categories of behavior pattern analysis)
- Daily messages (with crisis detection)
- Continuous streak and effectiveness visualization
Other Features
- Notification and reminder features
- Location and weather-linked analysis
- Theme system and customization
- Push notifications and alerts
Article 3 (Eligibility)
Usage Conditions
- Must be 13 years or older
- Must agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy
- Must not register false information
- Must not belong to anti-social forces
Regarding Minors' Use
Minors using the Service must obtain parental consent. Particularly for those aged 13 to 17, please use under appropriate parental supervision.
Article 4 (Account Registration)

Important Notes
- If registration information changes, please promptly update it
- Manage account information (ID, password, etc.) appropriately and do not disclose or lend it to third parties
- The App assumes no responsibility for damages caused by inadequate account information management
Article 6 (AI Features)
Purpose and Limitations of AI Analysis
The Service's AI analysis features are provided for understanding emotional states and supporting self-care.
AI analysis results are for reference only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
For serious mental health issues, please consult medical professionals.
Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI analysis results
- We are not responsible for damages arising from actions based on analysis results
Proper Usage
- Use as reference information for self-care
- Promote understanding of emotion patterns
- Use as a supplementary tool for professional consultation
第6条（Intellectual Property Rights）
- Intellectual property rights of the Service belong to the App or legitimate rights holders
- Copyright of user-posted content belongs to the users
- By posting, users grant the App rights for service operation
第7条（Account Deletion）
- Accounts can be deleted at any time
- All data will be completely deleted within 30 days of deletion
- Deleted data cannot be recovered

Important Notice
This Service is not a medical service. For professional mental health consultation, please contact medical institutions.
The Service is provided "as is" and the App makes no warranties, express or implied.
The App is not responsible for
- Service interruptions due to system failures or maintenance
- Loss or corruption of user data
- Accuracy or suitability of AI analysis results
- Disputes between users
- Third-party service failures (Apple, Google, OpenAI, etc.)
- Any other damages related to the Service

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
Jurisdiction
Disputes regarding the Service shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
